All the employees were helpful and gentle. The location was central, near metro station, namdaemun market and Myeong-dong, city centre and Myeong-Dong.

The location of the hotel was central, just off quiet at nights and centrum. I was surprised at nearby Yogger Presso Hoehyeon, they had some goodies, drinks.

Our room was gorgeous and quiet for my husbands birthday. Coffee & tea makers and refrigerators where provided. The hotel location was marvellous and incredible very close to the shopping center. Plus, it was not far from a Shinsegae department store, a subway station and back alley.

Overall it was heated for my husbands birthday. Its location not very far from Namsangol Hanok Village was excellent and convenient. You could walk to a market and department shops

excellant location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from shinsegae. just next door to the nearest metro, a shinsegae department store, and a good area. exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and satellite tv, climate control and a personal safe in the room. the view from the window to city.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alley. It offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff here are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and we even received a room upgrade for my husband's birthday. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day.

All was fine, nothing that needs improvement.
